Gluten-Free Spaghetti

Spaghetti/pasta is one thing that many people say they could never live without. There are a variety of options at the health food store, and sometimes even at local grocery stores, for pasta alternatives. Sometimes these taste great, and sometimes they taste like cardboard! I recently came across an ingenious and unique way of making spaghetti and thought I would share it with you. It involves using spaghetti squash! This cool vegetable not only tastes good, but also looks like spaghetti noodles, and has a similar consistency as well. Put some tomato or meat sauce on top of it and you've got yourself a great tasting dinner! It's a pretty simple idea, but one I don't think many people have considered.
